Aquaz Hydro Magnesium Premium™

Hydro Magnesium Premium™ is an ionically balanced product which will raise the magnesium level in any marine system. Make appropriate adjustments with Hydro Calcium Premium™ and Hydro Alkalinity Premium™ to maintain your desired levels.

Magnesium is one of the important elements in the marine and reef aquarium water chemistry. It is essential for the new growth of coral skeletons and shells of a wide range of creatures. Low magnesium levels makes rising or maintaining calcium and alkalinity levels difficult. Magnesium also plays an important role in stabilizing pH by interacting with the buffer system of seawater.

Directions of use :
Dose 1 capful (10 mL) of Hydro Magnesium Premium™ for every 100 Liters (25 gallons) of water in a high flow area of the aquarium every alternate day until the desired magnesium level is adjusted to 1200 - 1300 mg/L. Monitor the magnesium levels weekly to determine the uptake and adjust the dosage accordingly.

If used correctly, Hydro Magnesium Premium™ will not cause any significant ionic imbalance to the aquarium water chemistry. Ideal pH of
8.2 - 8.4, Calcium of 420 ppm and Alkalinity of 3.5 - 4.5 meq/L should be maintained.

Do not mix Hydro Magnesium Premium™ with any buffer, and dose separately with other additives. Keep container tightly closed when not in used.
